Modern electrofusion welding machines employ a microcomputer or high-leverage MCU control core to achieve precise welding control. The equipment is equipped with a backlit LCD screen that can monitor key parameters such as output voltage, current, and welding time in real time.

The electrofusion welding machine adopts a modular integrated design, supporting automatic 220V/380V identification, with an operating voltage range of 180V-450V [3-4]. Some models have built-in voltage regulators and industrial-grade electrical components to ensure the stability of the welding process. In addition, some models also support external data interfaces, such as scanners and printers.

The equipment features fault protection alarms for current soft start, overcurrent, open circuit, short circuit, and overheating, as well as overload protection design to ensure safe operation.

The electrofusion welding machine supports automatic and manual operation modes. During operation, welding time and output parameters, such as voltage and current, can be preset and adjusted, with the time adjustment range reaching 1-9999 seconds. Some models support data logging functionality.
