PERT Plumbing Fittings
Our PERT Plumbing Fittings line is meant to complement standard PERT piping. It's a one-stop solution for all your connection, redirection, and termination needs. Unlike specialized elbow fittings, these come in all sorts of configurations-each for a specific job, but all sharing the same core commitment to quality.
Straight couplings join pipes end-to-end, tees split flow into different directions, reducers adapt different pipe sizes, end caps seal off open ends. Every fitting is precision-machined, yeah, to make sure it fits PERT piping tight and uniform. No gaps, no misalignment-though we've had a few rare cases where a fitting was off, but our QC catches those.
Sizes range from 16mm, which is for small residential lines, up to 500mm for larger commercial or municipal runs. What sets them apart from a lot of other fittings? They work with both PERT Type I and Type II pipes. That's a big deal for retrofits or projects where the existing piping is a mix. We offer two connection options: socket fusion, which is ideal for smaller sizes (16mm–63mm), and butt fusion, better for larger diameters (75mm–500mm).
Contractors can pick whichever fits their project best. Most come in neutral black or gray-custom finishes are available, but only for bulk orders. Packaging is flexible too: bulk or individual sets, depending on what you need.
Quality control is key here, but we don't do it in a rigid, by-the-book way. We check every batch for dimensional accuracy and material consistency, sure. But we also test them in real-world conditions-extreme temperature swings, high pressure-to make sure they hold up. Each fitting has a 10-month standard warranty, extendable to 30 months for bulk orders. Plus on-demand technical support. We're not just selling parts; we're trying to help get jobs done right.

Key Features
1. Comprehensive Configuration Range
Okay, so unlike those single-angle fittings, this line covers all the essentials. Straight couplings, tees (both equal and reducing), elbows (the full range, not just 45° or 90°), reducers, end caps, even transition fittings to connect PERT to other pipe materials. The big plus? Contractors don't have to source from multiple suppliers. One order covers everything, which saves so much time and hassle on busy jobsites. I can't tell you how many contractors have thanked us for that.
2. Dual PERT Compatibility
They're designed to work with both PERT Type I and Type II piping. Way more flexible than fittings that only handle one type. Perfect for retrofits, or projects where the existing piping is a mix of the two. The inner diameter is precision-sized to match standard PERT dimensions, so there's no gap or misalignment that could cause leaks. Customers-especially those working on older systems-often say this compatibility is a lifesaver. It's one less thing to worry about.
3. Two Flexible Connection Methods
Socket fusion is for smaller sizes, 16mm to 63mm. Quick and easy, great for residential jobs. Butt fusion is for larger diameters, 75mm to 500mm-it gives a stronger joint, which is better for commercial or high-pressure use. Both methods create a seamless bond between the fitting and pipe, so no leaks like you get with mechanical connections. We also provide basic fusion guides-nothing too technical, just the essentials to help teams get it right the first time. Sometimes contractors skip reading guides, but we include them anyway.
4. Enhanced Pressure and Temperature Tolerance
We use a modified PERT copolymer blend here-different from the standard Type II we use for elbows. It can handle operating pressures up to 2.0 MPa (that's SDR 9) and temperatures from -50°C to 115°C. So they work for hot and cold water systems, obviously. But also light industrial uses, like low-pressure chemical transfer or geothermal heating loops. We tested them in cold climates too-they don't get brittle in freezing temps, which is a common problem with cheaper fittings. Trust me, we've seen those fail.
5. Corrosion and Chemical Resistance
Unlike metal fittings that rust and corrode over time, these PERT fittings hold up against most common plumbing chemicals-chlorine, detergents, even mild acids. They're also UV resistant, so they work outdoors without degrading. We've had customers use them for pool plumbing and outdoor irrigation systems, and they've held up for years without any issues. No rust, no degradation-just reliable performance.
6. Cost-Effective Bulk and Individual Options
We offer bulk packaging for large commercial projects and individual sets for small residential jobs. That way, customers only pay for what they need. Bulk orders get a discount, which helps contractors keep costs down-something we know is super important. They're lightweight too, so shipping costs are lower than metal or heavier plastic fittings. And over time, they save money on maintenance because they don't need to be replaced as often. It's a win-win, really.
7. Easy to Store and Handle
Lightweight and compact, so they're easy to transport and store. No heavy lifting, no need for huge storage spaces. We also color-code them by size-helps contractors quickly find the right fitting on busy jobsites. No more rummaging through boxes for 10 minutes just to find a 20mm fitting. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference when you're in a hurry to finish a job.
8. Compliance with Global Plumbing Standards
They meet all the big international standards: ISO 15874, EN 12201, ANSI/NSF 61. Critical for projects that need certification. We also comply with most local standards, so customers don't have to worry about code violations. Our QC team checks each batch against these standards, but we're upfront-every once in a while, a batch has a minor issue. But we catch them before they ship, so you won't get a faulty fitting. No need to pretend we're perfect; we just do our best.
