PERT 90° Elbow Fittings are core connectors for PERT piping systems-their main job is to redirect fluid flow at a sharp, precise 90° angle. Unlike 45° elbows, their steeper turn is for when space is tight. Think corner installations, compact utility areas, or under-sink piping-places where a gradual bend just won't fit. They're made from the same high-quality PERT Type II material as our other fittings, an advanced polyethylene copolymer.

These elbows are precision-manufactured, obviously. We've optimized the internal curve to minimize turbulence as much as possible for a 90° turn-no sharp edges that cause pressure drops or wear out pipes early. Available in 20mm to 400mm, same as standard PERT pipes. Custom sizes? Yeah, we can do that if you ask. Fully compatible with existing PERT systems, uses electrofusion or butt fusion too. 2. Space-Saving 90° Design

The sharp 90° angle is perfect for tight spots. Under sinks, corner installs, compact mechanical rooms-anywhere a 45° turn would take up too much space. We smoothed the internal curve to cut down on turbulence, but… it's still a bit more than 45° elbows. That's the trade-off for saving space, unfortunately. This design's really popular for residential bathrooms, kitchens, commercial utility closets-places where space is at a premium.

These fittings hold up pretty well, honestly. Resist chemical corrosion, UV rays, general aging. We've used them in outdoor municipal projects-stood up to rain, sun, temperature swings no problem. PERT Type II's flexible, too, so it doesn't crack from temperature changes or minor movement. With proper installation, they last up to 50 years, same as PERT piping. But-big but-if you cut corners on installation, their lifespan drops a lot. We always remind customers of that, even if they don't ask.

Used in residential and commercial setups alike: hot/cold water, radiant heating, low-pressure chemical transfer, municipal projects. The 90° angle is great for retrofits in older buildings-pipe routes are tight there, usually. 20mm to 400mm size range, so it works for small home upgrades to big industrial jobs.
